Professional Staffing Group is proud to announce it has earned Inavero’s Best of Staffing Client Diamond Award for providing superior service to clients. Diamond Award winners have won the Best of Staffing Award for at least five years in a row, and this is the eighth consecutive year that PSG has been named a Best of Staffing Award winner for earning industry-leading satisfaction scores.

 

Presented in partnership with CareerBuilder, Inavero’s Best of Staffing Client Diamond winners have proven to be industry leaders in service quality based completely on the ratings given to them by their clients. On average, clients of winning agencies are 2.6 times more likely to be completely satisfied with the services provided compared to those working with non-winning agencies.

 

With fewer than 2 percent of all staffing agencies in U.S. and Canada earning the Best of Staffing Award, just 23 percent of the 2017 Best of Staffing winners earned the Diamond Award distinction. The winners of this award truly stand out for exceeding client expectations.

Professional Staffing Group has earned Inavero’s 2016 Best of Staffing® Client Diamond Award after winning the Best of Staffing Client Award seven years in a row for providing superior service to its clients.

 

Presented in partnership with CareerBuilder, Inavero’s Best of Staffing Client Diamond winners have proven to be industry leaders in service quality based completely on the ratings given to them by their clients. On average, clients of winning agencies are nearly three times more likely to be completely satisfied with the services provided compared to those working with non-winning agencies.

 

Focused on helping Boston-area companies find the right people for their job openings, PSG received satisfaction scores of 9 or 10 out of 10 from 79 percent of its clients, significantly higher than the industry’s average of 27 percent. With fewer than 2 percent of all staffing agencies in U.S. and Canada earning the Best of Staffing Award, just 22 percent of the 2016 Best of Staffing winners earned the Diamond Award distinction. The winners of this award truly stand out for exceeding client expectations.

PSG Honored with National ‘Best of Staffing’ Award for 5th Consecutive Year

Professional Staffing Group has been named one of Inavero’s 2014 Best of Staffing® Client Award winners and has also earned the 2014 Best of Staffing Diamond Award for achieving five consecutive years of industry-leading satisfaction scores from the clients we serve.  Presented in partnership with CareerBuilder, the fifth annual Best of Staffing Award provides the only statistically valid and objective service quality benchmarks in the industry, revealing which staffing agencies deliver the highest quality of service to their clients. In a year when the staffing industry’s client service quality scores are trending down once again, Best of Staffing winners achieved scores significantly higher than industry averages.

Less than two percent of all staffing agencies in North America received the Best of Staffing Award for service excellence in 2014. PSG was also among an elite number of firms to win this award for the past five years in a row, earning them the Best of Staffing Diamond Award. Utilizing the Net Promoter® methodology, the winner’s contrast in client satisfaction scores compared to the industry average is a clear indication that winning firms truly stand out for their service quality.

Professional Staffing Group (PSG) has been named to Inavero’s inaugural 2010 Best of Staffing™ list. Best of Staffing, presented by CareerBuilder, is the nation’s only client satisfaction award that recognizes exceptional client service in the staffing industry. Professional Staffing Group went through a rigorous client survey process to be considered for the award. The average Best of Staffing winner received a score of 9 or 10 out of 10 from 74 percent of their clients, compared to just over half of clients for the average staffing firm.

How did Professional Staffing Group make the list?

Professional Staffing Group secured their place on the list by exceeding the national staffing industry Net Promoter Score® benchmark for client satisfaction by at least 22 percent. The Net Promoter Score methodology is a standard metric for measuring client satisfaction. Beating the industry average Net Promoter Score by more than 22% proves that Professional Staffing Group truly provides exceptional service in the field of staffing.
