Very cool article about Frank and PSG. It reminds you that when the economy is down, recruiters struggle too and even the best recruiters aren’t miracle workers. It’s nice to hear that people like Frank care about their candidates and things are looking up in the job market.

Great article! I have had the privilege of working with Frank since 2005 and have learned a tremendous amount from him. It’s true that recruiters don’t often have the best reputation, however, Frank’s integrity and style have permeated throughout PSG and he is one of the many reasons that we are so successful AND that we were able to place over 320 candidates into direct-hire jobs in 2009! (One of the toughest job markets in history) Frank is really respected by his candidates, clients and colleagues because he is truly committed to what he does.

Frank was able to find me a great job in July after being laid off in June. Thanks Frank!

Alot of good points here but people have to be patient while companies and organizations figure out what they can and can’t do. Some companies are so slow figuring that out that contracting will be a permanent part of a career plan from the present to retirement whenever that is.

Congratulations on the Boston Globe article which emphasizes all your effort in finding work for the unemployed. I’m glad to see that the job market is improving (although not to the full extent desired), and that you are a contributing factor to the success rate. Best wishes and continued success!
